FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to evolutionary dwellings and methods for constructing such progressive dwellings.
BACKGROUND
The personal situation of any individual who owns a home is intended to evolve over time (alone, as a couple, in a co-location, with one or more children, practicing or not teleworking, the occurrence of a disability (requiring a specific dwelling place) etc.). Thus, the same dwelling may be able to evolve. In particular, it would be desirable that the number of rooms of the house as well as their size or the type of partitions used to develop the space can evolve over time.
Evolutionary spaces are known for renting bare surfaces adapted to receive partitions (especially in the field of office rental). These evolving spaces have floors or technical ceilings that are electrically equipped to allow the installation and electrical connection of partitions. The installation of partitions is however delicate and requires the intervention of professionals, thus generating significant costs for users. In addition, the installation of an electrical network in a technical ceiling or technical floor greatly increases their size compared to a traditional floor or ceiling, decreasing the height available for the occupants or the number of floors by the same amount. feasible for the same building.
There are also known dwellings offering an already developed surface. These homes have load-bearing walls, floor and ceiling electrically equipped. The modification or the creation of new arrivals of electricity and the suppression or the addition of new partitions are however delicate, heavy to realize and require to resort to a qualified personnel. The removal of partitions can also reveal a hole in the floor or ceiling, which requires repair or redo all.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT
A part 1 according to the invention comprises: - at least one wall 10 delimiting a space 5, said wall 10 comprising a lower edge 11 and an upper edge 12 separated by two lateral edges 13 - a ceiling 4, said ceiling 4 comprising a first side, adjacent to the upper edge of the wall, and a second side, remote from the first side, - a first electrical connector 14 capable of electrically powering an electrical equipment 2, said first connector 14 being fixed on the wall 10 or on the ceiling 4, and - at least one removable partition 20, extending in the space 5.
Conventionally, the room 1 may comprise several walls 10, each of which may each comprise one or more joinery elements such as a door, a window, an opening, etc., as well as the ceiling 4 and a floor 3, which extend substantially perpendicular to the wall 10. The ceiling 4 is adjacent to the upper edge 12 of the wall 10, while the floor 3 is adjacent to its lower edge 11. The walls 10, the ceiling 4 and the floor 3 then delimit together the space 5 receiving the partition 20.
All or part of the walls 10 may be carrying or comprise simple fixed partitions (as opposed to removable partitions 20).
The removable partition 20 comprises first face 21 and a second face 22 which are substantially parallel and are separated by a wafer 23. The removable partition 20 may comprise a wooden or metal frame, one or more plasterboard, a glass partition , plastic, vegetated, etc.
The removable partition 20 further comprises a second electrical connector 24 configured to be electrically connected to the first electrical connector 14 of the wall 10 to electrically power an electrical equipment 2. Furthermore, the first electrical connector 14 of the wall 10 is configured to allow an electrical connection with the second electrical connector 24 at several points of the wall 10 between its side edges 13 and / or at several points of the ceiling 4 between the first and the second side of the ceiling 4, depending on where it is fixed.
In this way, the electrical connection of the removable partition 20 can be made at several points along the wall 10 or the ceiling 4. A user can therefore freely choose where he wants to position the removable partition 20 relative to the wall 10 or the ceiling 4, without being constrained by a single and fixed position of the first electrical connector 14 which is fixed on the wall 10 and / or on the ceiling 4.
The first side of the ceiling 4 can extend along the upper edge 11 of the wall 10, the second side of the ceiling 4 then extending at a distance from the upper edge 11 of the wall 10. In this case, when the first connector 14 is fixed on the ceiling 4, said first connector 14 extends between the first and the second side of the ceiling 4, that is to say perpendicularly to the upper edge 11 of the wall 10.
Alternatively, the first side of the ceiling 4 may extend in the extension of one of the lateral sides 13 of the wall 10 while the second side of the ceiling 4 may extend in the extension of the other of the lateral sides 13 of the wall 10. In this case, when the first connector 14 is fixed on the ceiling 4, said first connector 14 extends between the first and the second side of the ceiling 4, that is to say substantially parallel to the upper edge 11 of the wall 10. Other configurations can of course be envisaged. Typically, the sides of the ceiling 4 can be determined so that the first connector 14 forms a non-zero angle and not perpendicular to the upper edge 11 of the wall 10.
In the following, the invention will be more particularly described in the case where the first electrical connector 14 is fixed on the wall 10, between its lateral edges 13. This is however not limiting, the invention applying mutatis mutandis to a part 1 in which the first electrical connector 14 is fixed on the ceiling 4, between its first and second side, and in the case where the part 1 comprises both first connectors 14 fixed to the wall 10, between its side edges 13, and first connectors 14 fixed to the ceiling 4 between its first and second side. This embodiment variant has the advantage of allowing practical and easy fixing and electrical connection at any point of the part 1, independently of the position of the walls 10.
The first electrical connector 14 can be attached and fixed on an inner face 10a (which corresponds to the face of the wall 10 which extends opposite the space 5 of the part 1) of the wall 10 and project from said face, or alternatively be housed in a groove 16 made in the inner face 10a of the wall 10 and which opens on the space 5 to reduce the size of the first connector 14 electric. For example, the first connector 14 can be housed in a chute 15 which is either fixed on the inner face 10a of the wall 10, or fixed in a groove 16 formed in the inner face 10a of the wall 10.
In the case of a fixing to the ceiling 4, it will be understood that the first connector 4 can be fixed on the face of the ceiling 4 which extends towards the floor 3 towards the space 5 of the room 1.
In a first embodiment, the first electrical connector 14 is configured to allow the removable partition 20 to be connected in a continuous manner along the wall 10, between the two lateral edges 13.
For this, the first electrical connector 14 may for example comprise a connecting strip extending between the lateral edges 13 of the wall 10.
Typically, the first electrical connector 14 may comprise a mobile power socket fixed on a pre-wired baseboard of the electro-strip type, the position of the socket being able to be freely modified along the pre-wired baseboard. The second electrical connector 24 may then include a complementary power outlet, configured to be connected to the mobile power outlet of the first electrical connector 14. Typically, the mobile power outlet and the complementary power outlet may be conventional male and female electrical outlets.
Alternatively, the first electrical connector 14 may comprise at least three conductive blades 17 extending substantially parallel to each other between the lateral edges 13 of the wall 10, each conductor blade 17 being connected to a dedicated electrical wire 18 respectively corresponding to the earth, mass and phase. The conductive blades 17 are preferably spaced from each other over their entire length, for example by a distance of the order of 0.5 to 2 centimeters. The second electrical connector 24 may then comprise a complementary shape and dimension having three conductive contacts 25 configured to come into contact with one of the conductive strips 17, respectively, each conductive contact 25 being connected to a respective dedicated electrical wire respectively to earth, mass and phase. The socket may for example comprise a base 26 connected to an electric wire 18 in which are formed three notches 27 each housing one of the conductive contacts 25.
Each notch 27 preferably has a thickness slightly greater than the thickness of the conductive blades 17 to allow the introduction of the blades in said notches 27 despite the presence of the conductive contacts 25 while ensuring sufficient surface contact. For example, for blades having a thickness of about 3 mm and conductive contacts having a thickness of 0.4 mm, the notches 27 may have a thickness of about 3.5 mm.
The conductive blades 17 may in particular be made of metal, typically copper
The electrical son are fixed on the conductive blades 17 by any means. For example, the electrical wires may be welded to the conductive strips 17 and / or mechanically fixed, for example by insertion into a through hole formed in said conductive strips 17.
In one embodiment, the conductive strips 17 are separated, over all or part of their length, by an insulating material. For example, shims 19 of insulating material may be placed between the conductive strips 17, or, alternatively, a single shim 19 comprising three rectilinear grooves arranged to receive the blades may be used. The insulating material may include wood, a heat-resistant plastic material, a laminate material comprising fabric layers impregnated with a Celeron®-type phenol resin, and the like.
Also, apart from the conductive contacts 25, the plug of the second electrical connector 24 may be made of an insulating material such as wood, a heat-resistant plastic material, a laminated material comprising layers of fabric impregnated using a phenoplast resin of the Celeron® type, etc.
For safety reasons, the conductive blades 17 may have a predetermined maximum length in order to limit the number of removable walls that can be electrically connected by means of a second electrical connector 24. For example, the predetermined maximum length may be three meters.
According to a second embodiment, the first electrical connector 14 may comprise a plurality of discrete electrical outlets distributed between the lateral edges 13 of the wall 10. The second electrical connector 24 then comprises a complementary electrical outlet, configured to be electrically connected to the any of the electrical sockets of the first connector 14.
Whatever the embodiment, the first electrical connector 14 can be connected to a circuit breaker in order to interrupt the electric current flowing in the first connector 14 in the event of an incident on the electrical circuit (overload or short circuit, for example). .
The first connector 14 preferably extends in an area adjacent to the upper edge 12 or the lower edge 11 of the wall 10. Such a configuration makes it possible to circumvent more easily the possible joinery supported by the wall 10 and / or the removable partition. 20. The second connector 24 of the removable partition 20 then extends facing, either at the upper part or the lower part of the wafer 23 of the partition 20. The second connector 24 can be fixed on one 21,22 faces of the partition 20 or directly on the wafer 23. Alternatively, the second connector 24 may be housed in a recess formed in the thickness of the partition 20, for example at a corner of the partition 20 (as visible for example in Figure 1).
In order to allow the connection of an electrical equipment 2 such as a lamp, the partition 20 may further comprise at least a third electrical connector 18, fixed on one of its faces 21,22 and electrically connected to its second connector 24 electric. For this purpose, the second electrical connector 24 is electrically connected, for example by means of an electric cable 29, to the third electrical connector 28. The electrical cable 29 may in particular be housed in the partition 20, for example in a trough formed between its two faces 21,22.
Alternatively, electrical cables can simply be connected to the second electrical connector 24 while being accessible to a user to enable him to electrically connect a third electrical connector 28 and fix it to a desired location on the face 21, 22 of the partition. 20.
The part 1 may comprise one or more removable partitions 20 that can be electrically connected to one or more walls 10.
For example, the part 1 can comprise two removable partitions 20 connected directly to the same wall 10. For this, the second connector 24 of each of the partitions 20 is connected in parallel to the first connector 14 of the wall 10. When the first connector 14 comprises three conductive blades 17, as illustrated in Figure 2, the base 26 of the second connector 24 of each of the partitions 20 may be introduced between the conductive blades 17 to allow the transmission of the current.
The part 1 can also comprise two removable partitions 20 connected in series on the same wall 10. In this variant embodiment, a first partition 20 is thus electrically connected, via its second connector 24 and to the first connector 14, to the wall 10 of the 1. The first partition 20 further comprises an additional electrical connector 30 while the second partition 20 comprises a complementary electrical connector 31 of this additional electrical connector 30. It is then sufficient to connect the complementary electrical connector 31 of the second partition 20 on the additional electrical connector 30 of the first partition 20 to allow the distribution of electric current through the second partition 20 to a possible electrical equipment 2 (or a third removable partition 20, and so on). The additional electrical connectors 30 and complementary 31 may be of the type plug male / female. As a variant, the additional electrical connector 30 may be substantially identical to the first electrical connector 14 of the wall 10, while the complementary electrical connector 31 may be substantially identical to the second electrical connector 24 of the first partition 20.
It will be understood that the first and second movable partitions 20 may be connected so as to extend in the extension of one another (as illustrated in FIG. 1), or alternatively at an angle other than 180 °. , typically perpendicular to each other.
Each removable partition 20 can be fixed to the floor 3 and / or the ceiling 4 and / or the wall 10 by any conventional fastening means.
For example, the fixing means may comprise a rail 32 fixed on the ground 3, the ceiling 4 and / or the wall 10, configured to receive a portion facing the edge 23 of the removable partition 20. The rail 32 may example include a bottom plate 33, attached and fixed (for example by means of a self-piercing screw 34a) on the ground 3, the ceiling 4 and / or the wall 10, and a fin 34 which extends from the bottom plate 33. The wafer 23 of the removable partition 20 can then be inserted and guided in the rail 32 to reach the desired position relative to the wall 10 and the removable partition 20 can be fixed in this position by example by screwing or gluing the fin 34 on the face 21,22 opposite.
In a variant, the fastening means may comprise latching members formed respectively in the ceiling 4 and / or the floor 3 and / or the wall 10 on the one hand and on a zone facing the edge 23 of the partition. On the other hand.
Optionally, the removable partition 20 may comprise a jack 35 configured to adjust a distance between the partition 20 and the ground 3, the ceiling 4 or the wall 10. The jack 35 thus makes it possible to stabilize the removable partition 20 with respect to the ceiling 4, the floor 3 and the wall 10 and if necessary to compensate for irregularities at the contact surface. Where appropriate, the removable partition 20 may comprise a plurality of actuators 35s distributed on its edge 23. The cylinder or cylinders 35 may be of the pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical type.
Conventionally, the jack 35 comprises a cylinder body 35 and a piston 36, movable in translation in the body. The body of the jack 35 can for example be fixed to the partition 20, while the free end of the piston 36 can be connected to a plate 37. The actuation of the jack 35 then has the effect of moving the plate until that it comes into abutment against the ground 3, the ceiling 4 or the wall 10, according to the zone of the part 1 with which the jack 35 cooperates to stabilize the partition 20. Where appropriate, the zone of the part 1 can comprise a housing 38 for receiving the plate and maintain it in position.
Optionally, a non-slip blade may further be attached between the removable partition 20 and the floor 3 and / or the ceiling 4 and / or the carrier wall, in order to improve the grip and the stability of the removable partition 20.
Where appropriate, in order to allow an application in the field of home automation, one or more additional first connectors can be integrated into the wall 10 with the first connector 14 while second complementary connectors can be integrated in the partition 20 with the second connector 24 to allow the transport and exchange of information (internet access, transfer of peripheral control data, telephone data, etc.). For example, the first additional connector may include one or more dedicated metal blades extending along the first connector 14. Preferably, similarly to the first connector 14, the first connectors housed in the wall 10 are configured to allow connection at several points of the wall 10 between the lateral edges 13.
Alternatively or additionally, the first connector 14 can be used in the context of the PLC technology (acronym for Online Carrier Currents) as the first connection to allow data exchange via the electrical network of the room.
An exemplary embodiment of a layout method S of a part 1 according to the invention will now be described.
Here, the part 1 comprises at least one wall 10, for example a carrier wall, comprising at least one electrical conductor 6 connected to an electrical panel 7. The electrical conductor 6 comprises in particular cables respectively corresponding to the mass, the phase and the neutral.
Room 1 also includes a conventional ceiling 4 and floor 3.
During a first step S1, a first connector 14 is connected to the electrical conductor 6 of the wall 10. For this, a groove 16 can be made in an area adjacent to the upper edge 12 of the wall 10, a side edge of the wall 10 to another. The groove 16 extends here over the entire length of the wall 10, in its upper zone.
Alternatively, the groove 16 could also extend in a central zone of the wall 10 or near its lower edge 11.
If necessary, a circuit breaker can be fixed on the first connector 14.
In the case of a first connector 14 having three conductive blades 17, as shown in Figure 1, a chute may be fixed in the groove 16, for example by gluing, screwing (using self-drilling screws for example) or membership. The conductive blades 17 may then be fixed in the chute 15. Where appropriate, the conductive blades 17 may be separated by an insulating material. Here, wedges 19 made of insulating material having three notches 27 are fixed in the chute 15 at regular intervals, the conductive blades 17 being housed and held in position in said notches 27.
Of course, the chute 15 may be pre-equipped and include the wedges 19 and the blades 17 before attachment in the groove 16.
The cables 18 can then be fixed on the conductive blades 17 in order to supply them with electric current.
In the case of a first connector 14 comprising an electro-band or a plurality of discrete electrical outlets distributed between the lateral edges 13 of the wall 10, the electro-band or the electrical sockets are placed in the groove 16, connected to the electrical conductor 6 of the wall 10 in a conventional manner and fixed (s) in position, for example by gluing, screwing or adhesion.
During a second step S2, a removable partition 20 can be fixed and electrically connected to the wall 10.
The removable partition 20 may be pre-equipped with the second connector 24. In a variant, the removable partition 20 may be delivered as a kit and then assembled by the user according to his needs.
When the wall 10 comprises a first connector 14 comprising three blades 17, the removable partition 20 is thus equipped with a second complementary connector 24, namely a base 26 comprising three conductive contacts 25, as can be seen in FIG.
Alternatively, the second connector 24 may comprise an individual electrical outlet complementary to the mobile electrical socket of the electro-band or one of the discrete individual taps.
In this embodiment, the first connector 14 being placed in the upper part of the wall 10, the second connector 24 also extends at the upper portion of the wafer 23 of the partition 20 to facilitate the electrical connection of the partition The partition 20 may in particular comprise a recess, formed in the portion of the wafer 23 which extends opposite the wall 10, in order to accommodate at least partially the second connector 24. In this way, when the partition 20 is electrically connected to the wall 10, the second connector 24 is masked.
The partition 20 may be pre-equipped with a third electrical connector 28 fixed on one of its faces 21, 22 and electrically connected to its second electrical connector 24.
Alternatively, the partition 20 may be pre-equipped with an additional connector to connect an additional partition 20.
According to another variant, electrical cables can simply be connected to the second electrical connector 24 while being accessible to a user in order to enable him to electrically connect a third electrical connector 28 and fix it at a desired location on the face 21, 22. and / or to connect an additional connector to connect an additional partition.
In order to connect the partition 20 pre-equipped or assembled kit, so just connect the second connector 24 of the partition 20 on the first connector 14 of the wall 10. The position of the partition 20 relative to the wall 10 can be chosen freely by the user and is not constrained by the position of the first electrical connector 14, the latter extending all along the wall 10.
During a third step S3, the removable partition 20 can be fixed in position.
Any means of attachment can be envisaged. For example, a rail 32 and optionally a non-slip blade can be fixed on the floor 3 and on the wall 10 in order to receive the slice 23 of the partition 20. It is then sufficient to block the partition 20 by fixing the fin 34 (or the fins 34) of the rail 32 on one of the faces 21,22 of the partition 20.
Where appropriate, when the partition 20 comprises a jack 35 to adjust its position relative to the ceiling 4, the wall 10 or the floor 3, the cylinder 35 can be actuated until the plate 37 abuts against this part of the room 1.
Of course, the second and the third step S2, S3 can be performed simultaneously or in reverse order. In particular, the partition 20 can simultaneously be positioned opposite the wall 10, in the position desired by the user, electrically connected to the wall 10 by means of the first and second connectors 24 and fixed in this position using selected fastening means.
The removable partition 20 is then ready to be used.
If necessary, an additional partition 20 may be similarly fixed and electrically connected to the wall 10, or fixed to the floor 3 (and / or to the ceiling 4) and to the partition 20 already installed and electrically connected to said partition 20, as explained above. The two partitions 20 are then connected in series.
If necessary, a cover can be fixed on the first connector 14 in order to hide it. The cover may for example be a baseboard or a rigid plate of plastic material or wood. Preferably, the cover is removable in order to allow the subsequent connection of another connector or the displacement of the movable partition and thus the disconnection and reconnection of its second connector 24.
During a fourth step S4, an electrical equipment 2 can be fixed on one of the partitions 20 and electrically connected to a third electrical connector 28 of the partition 20 concerned, the third electrical connector 28 being supplied via the first and the second connector. second 24 electrical connector.
